1月12日，由《能源》雜志主辦的、以“綠色、多元與可持續(xù)”為主題的2023能源年會暨全球能源企業(yè)ESG論壇在北京召開?；顒釉O(shè)置了能源企業(yè)ESG頒獎禮，旨在表彰在ESG方面表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀的能源企業(yè)。憑借在ESG領(lǐng)域的積極探索和實踐，海辰儲能獲“2023年ESG零碳領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)獎”。

ESG融入管理與業(yè)務(wù)
圍繞海辰儲能“零碳戰(zhàn)略”發(fā)展路線，海辰儲能在踐行ESG方面取得顯著成果。
在環(huán)境保護(hù)與節(jié)能減排方面，海辰儲能積極響應(yīng)《國家發(fā)展改革委等部門關(guān)于加快建立產(chǎn)品碳足跡管理體系的意見》，自主研發(fā)建設(shè)海辰儲能“碳數(shù)字”平臺——對自主生產(chǎn)研發(fā)的鋰電池產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行全生命周期碳數(shù)據(jù)收集與檢測。

目前海辰儲能已完成碳排放相關(guān)認(rèn)證工作，包括廈門制造基地2022年度溫室氣體盤查報告（ISO14064-1）、280Ah磷酸鐵鋰鋰離子電芯（儲能型）2022年度產(chǎn)品碳足跡證書（ISO14067），以及海辰儲能廈門工廠獲得PAS2060碳中和認(rèn)證證書，標(biāo)志著其在2022年已達(dá)成碳中和。
在社會責(zé)任方面，海辰儲能加入聯(lián)合國全球契約組織（UNGC），積極貫徹UNGC十項原則開展社會責(zé)任相關(guān)工作，并于2023年12月，順利獲得了SA8000:2014社會責(zé)任管理體系認(rèn)證證書，這是對海辰儲能持續(xù)實踐企業(yè)社會責(zé)任的充分肯定，也體現(xiàn)了海辰儲能一直以來堅持的核心價值觀：“自由、創(chuàng)新、共享、有愛”。
SA8000是Social Accountability 8000 International Standard的英文簡稱，是全球首個道德規(guī)范國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。獲得SA8000認(rèn)證標(biāo)志著海辰在員工權(quán)益、工作環(huán)境、社會責(zé)任等方面達(dá)到了國際認(rèn)可的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。截止目前，在新能源領(lǐng)域僅有少數(shù)企業(yè)通過了SA8000認(rèn)證。
在治理方面，公司嚴(yán)格按照真實、準(zhǔn)確、完整、及時的原則開展ESG信息披露工作，主動在公司官網(wǎng)、公眾號等平臺披露公司可持續(xù)發(fā)展信息。為了更好的踐行可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念，落實可持續(xù)發(fā)展工作，海辰儲能成立可持續(xù)發(fā)展委員會，委員會主任與成員由董事長及董事會成員擔(dān)任，設(shè)立可持續(xù)發(fā)展中心ESG管理部執(zhí)行可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略并統(tǒng)籌ESG相關(guān)工作。從企業(yè)架構(gòu)來看，海辰儲能是少數(shù)將可持續(xù)發(fā)展工作擺在企業(yè)核心發(fā)展架構(gòu)中的企業(yè)。
海辰儲能聚焦極致儲能解決方案，將ESG理念融入業(yè)務(wù)和產(chǎn)品設(shè)計之中，持續(xù)迭代創(chuàng)新與應(yīng)用，并于近期發(fā)布海辰儲能全球首款kAh長時儲能專用電池MIC 1130Ah、“海納百川”全棧式工商業(yè)儲能服務(wù)和能源平權(quán)Hero EE 一度電戶用電源三大產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)，持續(xù)為全球客戶提供更專業(yè)、創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)。
截至2023年12月，海辰儲能產(chǎn)品已應(yīng)用于全國各地，以及北美、歐洲、南亞等全球多個國家和地區(qū)，交付項目數(shù)量累計超150個，助推全球能源轉(zhuǎn)型與可持續(xù)發(fā)展未來。
On January 12th, the Energy Conference and ESG Forum for Global Energy Enterprises in 2023, organized by Energy Magazine "Green, Diversity and Sustainability", was held in Beijing. During this event, HiTHIUM was awarded the "ESG Zero Carbon Leadership Award 2023" for its continuous research and practice in ESG.
During HiTHIUM's first Eco-Day, Jason Wang, Co-founder and CEO of HiTHIUM, announced a 「2037 Plan」, which integrates the sustainable development concept of ESG into HiTHIUM's strategic planning, and strives to utilize its own advantages to open up the era of comprehensive energy storage and promote the green and low-carbon development of "Ecology, Productivity and Life".
Certification of SA8000: 2014
In addition to its strategic planning, HiTHIUM has integrated ESG into its management and business practices. Currently, HiTHIUM has completed several certifications related to carbon emissions, including Greenhouse Gas Emissions Report of Xiamen Manufacturing Base (ISO14064-1) in 2022, the Product Carbon Footprint Certificate of 280Ah LFP energy storage battery cell (ISO14067) in 2022, and the PAS2060 Carbon Neutral Certification of Xiamen Plant, which shows HiTHIUM's achievement of carbon neutrality in 2022.
In terms of social responsibility, HiTHIUM has joined the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) and actively implements its ten principles to carry out social responsibility work. In December 2023, HiTHIUM was certified of SA8000: 2014 Social Responsibility Management System, becoming one of the few companies to pass this certification. It demonstrates that HiTHIUM has achieved internationally recognized standards in the areas of employee rights and interests, work environment, and social responsibility.
To ensure the practice of ESG, HiTHIUM has established the Sustainable Development Committee and the ESG Management Department to implement the Sustainable Development Strategy and coordinate the work related to ESG. At the same time, HiTHIUM discloses ESG information on the Company's official website, Wechat and other platforms.
HiTHIUM focuses on ultimate energy storage solutions and integrates ESG concepts into business and product design. During the first Eco-Day, HiTHIUM released three innovative products: MIC 1130Ah, its first kAh-level battery designed for long-duration energy storage. And Andustries, its first full-stack C&I energy storage solution. And also Hero EE, a 1kWh energy solution to provide affordable energy to those living in energy poverty, representing it's value proposition of energy equity.
